Imdad has always committed its after sales efforts to supporting clinics' business through patient marketing, clinical training & biomedical engineering.
The marketing support has always been a priority especially for new businesses that thrive to increase their daily number of patients. Imdad has led the industry after sales marketing by its a thorough understanding of the patients' needs that has been formulated through 28 years of experience.
It all started by introducing patients' websites for Spectra & Action II with compelling content that contributed to brand & patient awareness. The awareness resulted in several inquiries for these treatments through phone calls & walk-in patients.
Another significant milestone was the addition of the clinic locator, a digital map that enabled interested visitors to locate the closest clinic provider to their geographical location.
In 2018 imdad furthwe developed the idea by collecting patient leads, this was done by allowing interested viewers to leave their contact details & request a callback. These contact details were passed to clinics who were able to book an appointment for them.
The new era of capturing business for our customers started in 2019 & is being built continuously. Visitors can now purchase a treatment voucher online from clinics on the website. The service was first introduced on Ultraformer patient website in UAE & shortly after the launch & 1st voucher was sold & the patient was treated in April 2019. The concept is being expanded now to include new countries & new product like Lasemd. The launch of these services is expected soon after the release of this article.
