CO2 laser with controlled outcomes

eCO2 plus works by fractional ablative 10,600 nm CO2 laser which is absorbed by all the tissues containing water resulting in its evaporation. This evaporation results in the ablation of micro-columns of skin layers & fibrotic tissue.

A later formation of new tissues results from the thermal effect that shrinks collagen which triggers necollagenesis to compensate the ablated tissues.

When compared to other fractional wavelengths, CO2 has lower water affinity which results in more penetration making it the most effective wavelength in scars, skin tags & wrinkles.
